Caylix Sport is a Western Cape based sport development and management company started in October 2007 by current CEO, Le Roux Conradie. “I have a huge passion for sport and to use sport as a vehicle to make a meaningful difference in our society. It is this passion that moved me to get involved in sport development and management. I’m living my passion through my company; I get up every morning inspired to just be the best that I can be and for my team and myself to learn from and support each other, because together we can be so much more.”

Caylix Sport’s structure and operational system allow us to initiate and partner with sport initiatives and grow business ideas. Our three legs, Develop, Manage and Organise, provide an opportunity to clients for a broad service selection. We can develop an idea or initiative, manage it for sustainability, and organise events around it.

Le Roux Conradie is also the founder and current MD of the Forward Foundation NPC. The strategic framework of the Forward Foundation is built on how to support the youth in Africa to move forward, faster using the concept of “Education through Movement”. Build on 3 phases, Forward Faster Foundation, Acceleration and Champion Phase, incorporating a life skill and mentoring program, we create safe environment where the athletes from under-resourced communities can be supported to reach their full potential on and off the sports field.
