Esme Schultze is a passionate advocate for youth sports and the arts, having begun her journey at Roodepoort High School in 1981 before earning her Higher Diploma in Teaching at Goudstad Teaching College. At school she competed in athletics, netball and gymnastics, Esme knows firsthand the dedication required to excel.

As a proud mother of Kayla Schultze, who achieved provincial colors in Rhythmic Gymnastics and danced with the Cape Town City Ballet, Esme has a deep understanding of the demands of competitive training and the requirements of a professional dancer. She understands the grit, resilience, and passion it takes for athletes and performers to shine on national and international stages.
