Pickleball Consulting

Established in 2024, Global Pickleball Consulting is dedicated to promoting, developing, investing in, coaching, and consulting with key stakeholders in Africa and beyond. The organization was founded by Allon Rock, a professional tennis coach with over 33 years of experience in the sport. Since his introduction to Pickleball in 2021, Allon has demonstrated his commitment to the sport by obtaining his international Pickleball coaching certification in 2022.
Allon is passionate about fostering inclusivity and accessibility in sports, believing that Pickleball can be enjoyed by individuals from all walks of life. As the director of Pickleball South, he is focused on expanding the reach of this dynamic sport, ensuring that anyone interested can participate at any level and explore potential career opportunities within the field.
Joining Allon in this endeavor is Ismail Wellon Schuster, whose extensive background in business and technology makes him an invaluable asset to the organization. Ismail has become a fervent advocate for Pickleball, embracing the sport’s numerous benefits -physically, mentally, and spiritually – under Allon’s mentorship as a certified coach. Together, they are committed to growing Pickleball both on an individual level and within the broader business landscape.
