Sportbot Categories
Active and Retired Sports Professionals (USD 1m IPO value)
Any professional athlete or player can list themselves on the global Sportbot market. On approval and full registration an amount of 1 million Sportbot Certificates ™ are made available at USD 1.00 each or POLC Token each. Shares are sold in 10 tranches of 100,000 Sportbot Certificates ™ at a time. You will receive 90% of the value of new Sportbot certificates listed and sold on the global Sportbot market. After each tranche of shares has been sold a 7-day bidding period starts for new or existing investors to bid on the next 100,000 Sportbot certificates until all certificates are sold. After the first 100,000 certificates have been sold the Sportbot market and your popularity will determine your future Sportbot Certificate ™ price. In addition, you will earn 1% per transaction value every time somebody buys or sells certificates in your Sportbot for the rest of your life. That’s not all – your biggest source of earnings could be lifetime annuity income earned from any of your fans, friends, family, followers, colleagues or teammates you uniquely introduce to Sportbot (POLC Global Platform). You will earn a referral transaction fee on all transactions performed by these members for the rest of your life.
Junior Sportbots (USD 50K IPO Value)
Sportbot introduces a unique and patented mechanism for the development of young sports talent at school to maximize their full potential. School talent from the ages of 12 to 18 years old fall in this category. The parents or legal guardians provide Sportbot with consent and permission to create a “Junior Sportbot” on the global Sportbot market. Similar to a professional sports star or athlete, one million certificates are reserved per player or athlete. However for Junior Sportbots only 50,000 Sportbot certificates may be sold in 10 tranches of 5,000 Sportbot Certificates ™ per tranche. In this way, 900,000 certificates are "reserved" when the player or athlete decides to become an amateur or a professional. Typically it would be people within a community who identifies and acknowledges exceptional sports talent. Sportbot provides a mechanism for these and other people in a community to buy certificates in a talented youngster’s Sportbot – thereby effectively providing financial support with the hope of getting a return on their “investment”. Once Sportbot Certificates ™ in an athlete have been sold these funds are immediately available for the athlete or player to be used (responsibly).
Sportbot also introduces controls whereby a third-party “Trustee” will ensure funds raised through the global Sportbot market are released for their intended purpose. Full accountability, auditability and transparency of all funds spent have to be recorded by the parents or guardians. Evidence of how funds have been spent has to be recorded and approved before any additional funds may be withdrawn. This is to ensure responsible spending and to attract funders or sponsors of our players and athletes. In addition, investors or funders may choose to qualify how and on what funds may be spent such as flights or accommodation only or for school fees or sports equipment.
Amateur Sportbots (USD 250K IPO Value)

Upcoming talent still at school or school leavers showing potential in national tournaments can get listed as Amateur Sportbots. This means travel, accommodation, coaching, and entry fees can be funded through their listing on the global Sportbot market.
