Carna Koch

Carna, an adventurous farmgirl of faith, finds joy and self-discovery through running. Her love for nature and adventure has led her to impressive accomplishments in the trail running world, including securing 3rd place in the Dodo Extreme 50km race in 2019 and becoming the Mountain Marathon Series champion in 2021. With her unwavering spirit and passion for running, Carna pushes beyond her limits while deepening her connection with herself. Her pursuit of new challenges inspires others, and she continues to strive for greater heights in her athletic endeavors, fueled by her love for the outdoors and unwavering faith in God.
